Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our streak-free promise
If you spot streaking, a missed pane or drip marks within seven days of a completed visit, contact the office and we will return and correct it at no charge. The promise covers workmanship. It does not cover new soiling from weather, construction, irrigation or pets after the visit.
What we cannot clean
Some conditions cannot be corrected by cleaning. These include mineral etching from long-term sprinkler exposure, scratches, failed double-glazed seals with moisture between the panes, damaged tint film and paint or adhesive that has cured onto the glass.
- We identify these conditions before work starts and note them on your quote.
- Restoration options are quoted separately after a test patch.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during cleaning.
- Windows painted shut or with broken sash cords are reported, not forced.
Scheduling, weather and cancellation
Visits are rescheduled without charge when rain, ice or temperatures below about 35F make good work impossible. We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked visit. Sample terms shown on a demo website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TN.
