Spring and autumn fill three to four weeks out. Summer and winter are usually inside a week. Year-Round Clear customers have their slots held in advance either way.

We call you the morning of, and you keep the same crew on the next available dry day. There is no rescheduling fee, ever. Clean glass is not harmed by rain that falls after we leave.

Not for exterior work. For interior work someone over 18 needs to let us in, or you can leave a key or a code with the office. We text when the crew is 30 minutes out.

Each glass sash counts separately. A standard double-hung window is two panes, a three-panel slider is three. We count together at the estimate so there are no surprises on the invoice.

We move light furniture, lamps and potted plants away from the window and put everything back where it was. Heavy pieces, pianos and fragile display cabinets stay where they are, so please clear those before we arrive.

Tell us about them when you book. Our solutions are biodegradable and pet safe, crews check gates twice before and after, and if a dog prefers us not to be in the yard we will work around a crate or a closed room.

Yes, down to about 35F. Below that the water starts to behave badly on the glass and we would rather reschedule than do a poor job.

If you spot streaking, missed spots or drip marks within seven days of your visit, call the office and we come back and fix it at no charge. It is a sample policy on this demo site, but it is the one the real business would honour.

Mineral deposits from sprinklers, construction overspray and old paint can etch into the glass surface. Those need restoration work rather than cleaning. We test a patch first and tell you honestly what will and will not clear.

Four to six months for most Knoxville homes. Front elevations on busy roads such as Kingston Pike and homes under heavy tree cover tend toward the shorter end of that range.

Screens are included in Spring Sparkle, Fall Refresh and the bundle, and twice a year on Year-Round Clear. On a one-off exterior visit they are priced per screen.

Flat. You approve a written number before we start and that is the number you pay, even if the job takes us longer than planned.

After the walk-through, by card, cheque or bank transfer. Route customers are invoiced monthly on 14 day terms.

Not for residential visits under $600. Larger jobs and lift work take a 25% deposit to hold the equipment booking.
