What the job actually involves
Concrete takes real pressure. Vinyl siding, painted wood and shingles do not, and a cleaner who uses the same tip on all of them will leave marks you cannot undo. We match the method to the surface: surface cleaners on flatwork, low-pressure soft wash on anything that can be damaged.
Green algae on a north-facing wall, black streaks under gutters and the grey film on a deck all come off with a detergent dwell and a gentle rinse rather than brute force.

How we run a visit

Test a patch
We test pressure and detergent on a hidden section before we touch the visible surfaces.

Protect the greenery
Beds and shrubs are wetted down first and rinsed afterwards so detergent never sits on leaves.

Treat and dwell
Algae and mildew are treated and given time to break down instead of being blasted off.

Rinse and check
Even rinse from the top down, then a walk-through with you while the surface is still wet.

From $189Not the way we do it. Siding, soffits and painted trim are soft washed at garden-hose pressure with a detergent that does the work.
We use a diluted sodium hypochlorite solution for algae, the same active ingredient used across the industry, applied at low concentration and rinsed thoroughly. Plants are wetted before and after.
We lift most of a fresh stain and lighten older ones. Oil that has soaked into porous concrete for years rarely comes out completely, and we will tell you before we start.
