What we run into here
Bearden is our home turf. The shop sits on Kingston Pike, so most Bearden bookings get a morning slot and the crew is back before lunch. The mix here is unusual: 1940s bungalows with original wavy glass a block away from glass-fronted shops that need a weekly route visit.
Traffic on the Pike throws a fine grey film onto anything facing the road. Front elevations in Bearden usually need cleaning a season sooner than the back of the same house, which is why we quote front-only refresh visits here more than anywhere else.
