Yes. Most retail and restaurant clients sit on a 6:00 am to 8:00 am slot. Downtown offices are usually done after 6:00 pm.
Yes. We send a COI naming your landlord or property manager as additional insured before the first visit, and renew it automatically.
Route agreements run month to month after the first three visits. Cancel with 30 days notice and there is no exit fee.
Anything above ladder reach is surveyed separately. Most of it is done with a water-fed pole from the ground, and lift work is quoted per visit.
One monthly invoice per property on 14 day terms, with each visit itemised and the photo confirmations attached.
