What the job actually involves
Sparkle Pane runs weekly, biweekly, monthly and quarterly routes through Bearden, downtown Knoxville, Farragut and Maryville. Your storefront keeps a fixed slot, so the same two cleaners turn up on the same morning and you stop thinking about it.
We work before opening or after close where the business needs it, carry our own water, and send a photo confirmation to the manager on file when the visit is done.

We measure the frontage, note access limits and agree the visit window with you in writing.

Your business gets a recurring day and time on an existing Sparkle Pane route.

Two cleaners work the glass, then send the manager a photo confirmation the same morning.

What moves the price
Prices start at $85 per visit. These are the four things that change the number on your quote. Sample figures, confirmed in writing before any work starts.

Yes. We send a certificate of insurance naming your landlord or property manager as additional insured before the first visit.
Route agreements run month to month after the first three visits. Cancel with 30 days notice, no exit fee.
