What the job actually involves
Most Knoxville homes get their glass done twice a year: once after the spring pollen drops and once after the leaves come down. A Sparkle Pane visit covers every pane you can see through, inside and outside, plus the parts people forget, the sills, the frames and the screens.
We work in pairs so a typical 24-window house is finished in an afternoon. Shoe covers go on at the door, furniture gets moved back and replaced exactly where it started, and nothing is left wet on your floors or your landscaping.

How we run a visit
Four or five steps, the same every time, so you always know what happens next.

Count and quote
Tell us how many windows and storeys. You get a flat written price, not an hourly guess.

Protect the room
Shoe covers on, drop cloths down, plants and furniture shifted clear of the work area.

Wash and squeegee
Purified water on the outside, a soap and squeegee finish on the inside, detailed with microfibre.

Dry the details
Sills, tracks and frames are wiped by hand so nothing drips onto the paintwork later.

Walk it with you
We look at the glass together in daylight. Anything you point out gets redone before we leave.

Clean glass is not damaged by rain. If a storm leaves visible spotting within seven days of your service, call us and we will come back.
We move light furniture, lamps and plants away from the window and put everything back. We do not move heavy pieces, pianos or fragile display cabinets.
