What we run into here
Hardin Valley is still filling in, so a good share of our work here is post-construction: stickers, mortar splatter, paint flecks and the fine film that settles on new glass before the owners move in. That is a different job from a maintenance clean and it is priced separately.
The newer floor plans also mean tall two-storey foyer glass. Those elevations need a water-fed pole from the ground, which we prefer anyway because it keeps ladders off soft new landscaping.

Post-construction cleans
First cleans on a new build take two to three times as long as a maintenance visit. We quote them as their own job.
Two-storey foyer glass
Tall entry windows are cleaned with a pole system from the ground so nothing rests on new sod or fresh beds.
Builder warranty photos
We photograph any scratched or damaged glass we find so you can raise it with your builder while the warranty is live.
