How we run a visit
Four or five steps, the same every time, so you always know what happens next.

Set up and protect
Ladders get standoffs so they never rest on the gutter, and beds below are covered.

Clear by hand
Debris is scooped into buckets and bagged, not flung onto the roof or the lawn.

Flush and test
Every downspout is run with a hose until it flows clear and drains away from the foundation.

Report
You get photos of anything we found: loose spikes, rust, separated seams or damaged fascia.
