How a visit goes
Five steps, no surprises
The whole process from first message to final walk-through. Most Knoxville houses go from estimate to clean glass inside a week.

We price it flat, in writing
You get a written price by the next business day with the panes, storeys and extras itemised. It does not change afterwards, even if we are slower than we expected.

The crew texts 30 minutes out
Two cleaners in a marked van, shoe covers in hand. Marie sends a reminder the day before and the crew texts when they leave the previous job.

Glass, screens, sills and tracks
Purified water on the outside, soap and squeegee inside, screens washed flat, tracks vacuumed and every edge dried by hand so nothing drips later.

We walk it with you in daylight
Before anything is packed we look at the glass together. Anything you point out gets redone on the spot, and you have seven days to call us back if you spot more.

Mineral spotting
Sprinkler overspray leaves calcium rings that no amount of soap will shift. Those need a gel treatment, not another wash.
Frame and sill grime
Most of what makes a window look tired sits on the frame and the sill, not the glass. Both get wiped and dried by hand.

A grey screen makes clean glass look dirty. Screens come out, get washed flat and go back in the same opening.

Pet and plant safe
Safe around the things with roots and paws
Plenty of companies print pet safe on a van. This is what it actually means on a Sparkle Pane job, in the order it happens on the day.
Pure water outside, mild soap inside
Exterior glass is cleaned with deionised water and nothing else. Interior work uses a few drops of biodegradable surfactant, the same class used in baby bottle detergent.
Beds wet before and rinsed after
Any planting within reach of a soft wash is soaked with clean water first, then rinsed again once we finish. Wet foliage cannot absorb much of anything else.
Tarps over anything edible
Vegetable beds and herb gardens get covered. We would rather look overcautious than explain why the tomatoes taste odd.
Gates checked twice, every visit
Once on arrival and once before we leave. Tell Marie about the dog that bolts and it goes on the job sheet in capitals.
No buckets left at nose height
Solution buckets never sit unattended at ground level, and hoses run along walls rather than across the paths people and pets use.
We move rather than push through
If an animal is clearly stressed by the pole system we work another elevation and come back later. It costs us ten minutes and saves everyone an afternoon.

Use the estimator on our pricing page for a sample figure in about a minute, or send the free estimate form and we reply with a firm written price within one business day. Houses over 40 panes usually get a short visit first so the number is right.
Each glass sash counts separately. A standard double-hung window is two panes, a three-panel slider is three. We count together at the estimate so there are no surprises on the invoice.
If you spot streaking, missed spots or drip marks within seven days of your visit, call the office and we come back and fix it at no charge. It is a sample policy on this demo site, but it is the one the real business would honour.
Tell us about them when you book. Our solutions are biodegradable and pet safe, crews check gates twice before and after, and if a dog prefers us not to be in the yard we will work around a crate or a closed room.
Flat. You approve a written number before we start and that is the number you pay, even if the job takes us longer than planned.
We call you the morning of, and you keep the same crew on the next available dry day. There is no rescheduling fee, ever. Clean glass is not harmed by rain that falls after we leave.
