What the job actually involves
Sprinkler heads that hit the glass every morning leave calcium and magnesium behind. Left alone for a few seasons the minerals etch into the surface and no amount of soap and squeegee will touch them. Restoration is a different job from cleaning.
We test a corner first, then work with a mild acidic gel or a cerium oxide polish depending on how deep the stain has gone. Some glass comes back to new. Glass that has been etched for a decade improves a lot but never fully clears, and we tell you which one you have before you spend money.

A small patch tells us whether the minerals sit on the surface or have etched into it.

Gaskets, frames and anodised finishes are masked before any product touches the glass.

Gel first, polish only where the gel is not enough, always working the smallest area that will do.

Clean and advise
Glass is rinsed and finished normally, and we walk the sprinkler heads with you to stop a repeat.

We identify the coating first. Coated and tinted glass gets a gentler method, and where a product is not suitable we say so rather than risk the coating.
Redirect sprinkler heads away from the glass and rinse affected windows after any treatment that leaves standing water. That alone prevents most repeats.
