What the job actually involves
Knoxville has plenty of buildings that a 24-foot ladder cannot safely reach: mid-rise offices on Gay Street, apartment blocks near campus, church windows with forty feet of stone underneath them. Those jobs get a separate survey, a written access plan and a crew trained for work at height.
Most of our tall work is done with a carbon-fibre water-fed pole system from the ground, which keeps people off the glass and off the roof. Where that will not reach, we bring a lift or arrange rope access with a partner contractor.

How we run a visit

Survey
We walk the building, photograph every elevation and note anchor points, power lines and ground conditions.

Plan and permit
You get an access plan, a schedule and any permits or lift bookings in writing before work starts.

Set up safely
Ground areas are coned, landscaping covered and the building notified about which elevation is active.

Each face is completed and inspected before the crew moves, so progress is easy to follow.
