What the job actually involves
Pollen, dust and bird mess shade the cells on a solar array, and shading one cell drags down the string it belongs to. Cleaning an array is a light-touch job: deionised water, a soft brush on a pole, no detergent and nothing abrasive anywhere near the coating.
We clean from the ground or the roof edge with poles wherever we can, because walking on panels is the fastest way to create micro-cracks that never show up until an inverter starts reporting faults.

How we run a visit
Four or five steps, the same every time, so you always know what happens next.

Survey and photograph
We record array condition and note any cracked cells or loose clamps before touching anything.

Rinse
A deionised water rinse loosens pollen and dust so the brush has less to do.

Soft brush
A soft pole brush works row by row, with no pressure on the glass and nobody standing on panels.

Final rinse and report
Pure water rinse dries spot-free, and you get before and after photos with any issues flagged.
